Welcome to Tradeable Levels. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of tradeablelevels.com, our email newsletter, paid subscriptions, and any related services (collectively, the Service), operated by Tradeable Levels LLC, a New York limited liability company.
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Tradeable Levels publishes daily support, resistance, and pivot levels across commodities, indices, and cryptocurrencies, delivered via email newsletter and made available on tradeablelevels.com. The Service is provided strictly for educational and informational purposes.
Tradeable Levels is a publisher, not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, commodity trading advisor, or financial professional of any kind. Nothing on the Service constitutes investment, financial, legal, or tax advice. See our full Disclaimer for important details on the limitations of our content and the risks of trading.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.
The Service is intended for users in jurisdictions where its content is lawful. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.
To access certain features (including the paid subscription and archives), you must create an account and provide a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
Pricing. A paid subscription is required to access daily levels, the archive, and other paid content. Current pricing:
Monthly: $20 per month
Annual: $200 per year (save approximately 17% compared to monthly)
Prices are in U.S. dollars and exclude any applicable taxes, which will be added at checkout where required.
Billing. Subscriptions are billed in advance through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
Renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price. We will charge the payment method on file unless you cancel before the renewal date.
Cancellation. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your beehiiv account dashboard or by emailing [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
No refunds. All subscription fees are non-refundable. We do not offer partial refunds, pro-rated refunds, or refunds for unused time. If you cancel mid-period, you will retain access until the end of that period but will not receive a refund. This policy applies regardless of how often you use the Service.
Price changes. We may change subscription pricing from time to time. Existing subscribers will be notified by email at least 30 days before any price change takes effect on their account.
Chargebacks. Filing a chargeback or disputing a legitimate charge with your payment provider without first contacting us at [email protected] is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination without refund.
All content on the Service including text, levels, analyses, charts, graphics, logos, and the Tradeable Levels name and brand is owned by Tradeable Levels LLC or its licensors and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Your license to use. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your own personal, non-commercial use.
What you cannot do. You may not:
Reproduce, distribute, publish, or republish any content from the Service, in whole or in part, without our prior written consent
Share your account credentials with anyone, or allow others to use your subscription
Forward newsletter emails or paid content to non-subscribers on a regular basis
Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to access the Service
Use the Service or its content to create a competing product or service
Resell, license, or commercialize any content from the Service
Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices
Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
Limited personal sharing is fine. Systematic redistribution is not.
Violations of this section may result in immediate termination of your account without refund and may expose you to legal liability.
This is the most important section of these Terms. Read it carefully.
The Service is for educational and informational purposes only. It does not constitute investment advice, a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security, futures contract, option, commodity, currency, or other financial instrument, or a solicitation of any kind.
You are solely responsible for your own trading and investment decisions. We make no representations or warranties about the accuracy, completeness, suitability, or profitability of any content on the Service. Past performance, whether actual or hypothetical, is not indicative of future results.
Trading in commodities, futures, options, forex, equities, and other leveraged instruments involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. You may lose some or all of your investment, and in some cases your losses may exceed your initial deposit. Only risk capital should be used.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED AS IS AND AS AVAILABLE WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, OR UNINTERRUPTED OPERATION.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRADEABLE LEVELS LLC, ITS MEMBERS, MANAGERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR TRADING LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO TRADEABLE LEVELS IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Tradeable Levels LLC, its members, managers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Service, (b) your violation of these Terms, (c) your violation of any rights of a third party, or (d) any trading or investment decision you make in reliance on content from the Service.
We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to: violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, chargebacks, abusive behavior toward staff or other users, or sustained failure to pay subscription fees.
You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription and ceasing use of the Service. Sections 5, 6, 7, 8, 10, 11, and 12 of these Terms will survive termination.
