Tradeable Levels LLC ("Tradeable Levels," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. We collect only the information needed to operate the Service.
Information you provide directly:
Email address - required to sign up for the newsletter and create an account.
Payment information - when you purchase a paid subscription, payment is processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not see, store, or have access to your full payment card details. Stripe collects and processes your billing information directly in accordance with Stripe's Privacy Policy.
Information collected automatically:
Usage data - IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring URL, pages visited, and timestamps. Collected by beehiiv and used for basic analytics and security.
Email engagement data - whether you open emails, click links, and similar interactions. Used to measure newsletter performance and improve content.
Cookies and similar technologies - small data files stored on your device that help the Service function and provide analytics. You can disable cookies through your browser settings.
We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18 years of age. The Service is not directed to minors.

beehiiv - newsletter publishing, hosting, email delivery, and analytics.
Stripe - payment processing, subscription billing, and fraud prevention.
We may add or change service providers from time to time and will update this Policy accordingly.
We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, subpoena, court order, or other legal process, or if we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. If you cancel your subscription and unsubscribe, we retain a minimal record (such as your email and unsubscribe status) to honor your preferences and comply with legal requirements.
